Need for Plasma

Plasma Donation

During the global crisis brought about by COVID-19 many of us have aspired to contribute in as many ways as possible. One ongoing area of need is plasma donation for those infected with this virus. Specifically, the local and global health community are seeking those who have officially tested positive for COVID-19 and have been symptom free for 14 days to donate blood plasma at specific locations. Such donations can be general, or “direct donation” earmarked for Cooper. This may benefit patients admitted to this or other ICUs who have been designated as critical.
