About This Initiative
The Cooper Walkers Club is a new initiative started by the Physical Wellness Committee. It is designed to be done in tandem or separately from the Cooper Climbers Club. Simply track your daily steps. Be on the lookout for group opportunities to walk. Here are some other simple ways to increase your daily step counts:

- Take the stairs instead of the elevator
- Park further away from your destination
- If less than a mile away, walk instead of driving to your destination
- Take a dog for a walk (look into taking a shelter dog for a walk if you don’t have one of your own)
- Walking meetings
