The C.A.R.E. Program provides group services to teams and departments across the hospital system:

    • R&R (Resiliency and Replenishment) Groups
    • RISE (Resiliency in Stressful Events) Groups
    • Speaking engagements (e.g., reducing burnout, improving professional fulfillment, stress management and coping)

Cooper Climbers Club (in collaboration with the Zenith Climb): a monthly stair climbing challenge with a prize for the team member that climbs the most flights
