The C.A.R.E. Team provides team-based services across the hospital system to support resiliency, professional fulfillment, and increased joy at work. Current initiatives include:
- Team/Unit Group Support (e.g., R.I.S.E. Groups)
- Speaking engagements and subject matter expertise/consultation
- Annual Random Acts of Kindness/Kindness Coins
- Virtual gratitude wall
- CALI Courses (check out the course catalogue for latest offerings)
- Emotional well-being group support programming for various units throughout the hospital
- Maintaining the C.A.R.E. Program’s Health & Wellness website
