30-minute group check-ins held monthly on a topic related to Stress, Caregiving, Parenting, or Grief. Each discussion is led by an expert. Registration link may be used to access recording of live event.
Parenting doesn’t stop when your child reaches 18. Knowing how to transition your style of parenting as your child reaches adulthood will help create a meaningful and healthy relationship. Join this session to learn the predictable challenges and discuss strategies during this stage of parenting. Participation is anonymous.
