30-minute group check-ins held monthly on a topic related to Stress, Caregiving, Parenting, or Grief. Each discussion is led by an expert. Registration link may be used to access recording of live event.
If time management and organization aren’t your strongest skillsets then this session is for you! Learn skills that will reduce the stress that comes from disorganization and ineffective time management. Participation is anonymous.
