The holidays can be a time of joyful anticipation, as well as overwhelm from trying to do it all. Join this support group to discuss strategies to manage the many holiday expectations and demands on your time. Participation is anonymous.
Virtual support groups are 30-minute group check-ins held monthly on a topic related to Stress, Caregiving, Parenting, or Grief. Each discussion is led by an expert. Registration link may be used to access recording of live event.
