DESCRIPTION:Speaker Update –  \nJohn McGeehan\, MD is a Professor of General Medicine at Cooper Medical School Rowan University and the Chair of our Medical Ethics Committee at Cooper University Health Care. \nStephen Trzeciak\, MD\, MPH is a physician scientist\, chief of medicine at Cooper\, professor and chair of medicine at Cooper Medical School of Rowan University\, a practicing intensivist\, and a National Institutes of Health (NIH)-funded clinical researcher with more than 100 publications in the scientific literature. \nWhat are Schwartz Rounds?\nSchwartz Rounds is a forum where caregivers discuss social and emotional issues that arise in caring for patients. A multidisciplinary panel is facilitated to share their experiences\, and then the discussion opens up to comments from audience participants. It is a great way to reflect on subjects that may not be typically discussed in a group setting. \nWho may attend?\nAll Cooper team members and trainees are welcome.
