DESCRIPTION:This year’s Cooper Advanced Practice Provider Symposium features an array of topics that will help guide practitioners through our ever-evolving health care landscape. In addition to a full day of presentations\, attendees have plenty of opportunities to view poster presentations and network with their peers. \nThis year’s keynote speaker is Justin Schweitzer\, DO\, Medical Director for LGBTQ+ Health and Primary Care\, Cooper University Health Care\, who will discuss inclusive medicine. \nClosing speakers are Kelly Gilrain\, PhD\, Director of Behavioral Medicine\, and Alexa Hays\, PhD\, Hospital Medicine\, Cooper University Health Care\, who will discuss wellness and self-care. \nThe symposium will take place on Saturday\, November 4\, 2023\, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.\, at Cooper Medical School of Rowan University \nThe target audience is advanced practice providers (NPs\, PAs\, CRNAs)\, RNs\, nurse educators\, and students from across the region. \nContinuing education units will be awarded. \nTo register\, visit https://events.cooperhealth.org/
