DESCRIPTION:Being a parent likely means that you are quite busy. It’s easy to feel stretched and not give your child the attention that they want or need. Participate in this session to learn strategies to implement “purposeful pauses” to become more intentional in your engagements with your child or teen. Participation is anonymous. \nVirtual support groups are 30-minute group check-ins held monthly on a topic related to Stress\, Caregiving\, Parenting\, or Grief. Each discussion is led by an expert.
