Wellness Workshops and Process Groups: Behavioral Medicine has worked with many groups across the hospital system over the past few years providing psycho-education on Stress Management and Burnout Reduction. We can come to your site and provide a 1 hour workshop for your team. Topics focus on: “How to work with difficult patients/colleagues”; “Engaging in self care during the work day”; “Identifying your values and ensuring they are consistent for you” Behavioral Medicine also provides support to teams who are looking for a standing time to come together, process difficult patients or difficult situations, learn more about values and how to apply them to daily work, reduce burnout and improve professional fulfillment Learn more about Wellness Workshops and Process Groups

Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM): This important program enhances the quality of life and wellness of individuals. It utilizes therapies that focus on mind, body and spirit.
